What You'll Do.
Review customer applications proactively
Make specific recommendations for MTBR improvement
Analyze and evaluate specific customer applications
Submit recommendations for improvement
Direct installation and commissioning of mechanical seals
Direct commissioning of auxiliary support systems
Observe customer data
Collect customer data
Evaluate customer data
Report seal program results
Maintain John Crane's equipment survey
Communicate with customers
Communicate with company personnel
Communicate with vendors
Provide recommendations
Provide technical assistance
Make technical presentations to customers
Make technical presentations to management
Provide customer training for maintenance personnel
Provide customer training for operations personnel
Assist customer with Management of Change process
