What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Experience with mechanical seals, Experience with rotating equipment, Basic engineering principles, PC and software knowledge, Knowledge of personal computers, Knowledge of MS Office, Knowledge of machining practices, Moderate level of understanding of financial aspects of manufacturing, Capable of handling multiple priorities, Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, Ability to work flexible hours
Nice to Have
Previous participation in continuous improvement activities, Experience working in a diverse environment, Experience working with a global company
What You'll Do.
Review customer applications
Make recommendations for MTBR improvement
Analyze customer applications
Submit recommendations for approval
Direct installation of mechanical seals
Direct commissioning of mechanical seals
Observe customer data
Collect customer data
Evaluate customer data
Report seal program results
Maintain equipment survey
Provide recommendations
Provide technical assistance
Make technical presentations
Provide customer training
Assist with Management of Change
Collect new equipment data sheets

Work with account manager; Work with regional engineer; Work with salesman; Work with customer reliability personnel; Communicate with company personnel; Communicate with vendors
