Must Have
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Experience with mechanical seals, Experience with rotating equipment, Basic engineering principles, PC and software knowledge, knowledge of personal computers, MS Office, machining practices, Moderate level of understanding of financial aspects of manufacturing, Capable of handling multiple priorities, Effective training skills, Effective leadership skills, Effective facilitation skills, Effective influencing skills, Effective negotiating skills, Effective interpersonal skills, Effective written business communications, Effective verbal business communications, Ability to complete tasks timely, Ability to complete tasks efficiently, Ability to work flexible hours, Ability to work weekends
Nice to Have
Previous participation in continuous improvement activities, Kaizen, SMED, Lean activities, Experience working in a diverse environment, Experience working with a global company

Maintain equipment survey
Communicate with customers

Provide recommendations
Provide technical assistance
