We’re launching a brand‑new Engineered‑to‑Order (ETO) Hub , and this is your chance to join at the ground floor of something transformative. The Hub is set to redefine how we deliver complex, customised solutions — faster, smarter, and with an exceptional customer experience at its core. If you want to be part of a high‑impact team shaping the future of our business, this role is for you. As our Customer Relationship Manager , you’ll be the face and voice of our ETO Hub. You’ll guide customers through the full order‑to‑delivery journey, ensuring their requirements are translated into robust, high‑quality solutions. This is a role where technical understanding meets customer leadership — and where your influence will be felt across engineering, operations, and commercial teams. Responsibilities * Act as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear, confident communication * Respond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the project * Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needs * Carry out accurate contract reviews and manage scope changes * Oversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycle * Track inventory requirements and escalate risks early * Provide proactive updates on delivery timelines, including travel to customer or EPC sites * Build strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations * Develop project plans and influence delivery timescales * Prepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholders ## Qualifications Experience Requirements * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) * Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial products * Familiarity with structured engineering techniques * Experience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIs The Successful Candidate * Excellent communication and relationship‑building
