Must Have
3+ years experience in customer success, marketing, or similar role, Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, Good understanding of customer advocacy principles, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, Proven experience managing projects, Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Fluency in English and at least one Asian language
Nice to Have

Manage customer reference programs
