5 years of experience in quality assurance, Solid working knowledge of quality principles, Solid working knowledge of audit protocols, Solid working knowledge of inspection procedures, Solid working knowledge of PPAP
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, Automotive experience a plus, Knowledge of continuous improvement tools/processes, Well organized, Solid interpersonal skills, Solid follow up skills, Computer literacy, Analytical skills, Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Serve as customer representative for product issues
Lead and direct customer issues to closure
Gather appropriate teams for problem solving
Maintain daily quality data for customers
Maintain daily quality data at plant level
Maintain daily cost data for customers
Maintain daily cost data at plant level
Fulfill all new parts submission requirements
Provide on-site problem resolution at customer locations
Coordinate quarantine actions at customer locations
Coordinate quarantine actions at Grandview plant
Coordinate containment actions at customer locations
Coordinate containment actions at Grandview plant
Perform Advanced Product Quality Planning for new product
Perform Advanced Quality Planning for product changes
Perform Advanced Quality Planning for process changes
Coordinate efforts to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead efforts to achieve customer satisfaction
Facilitate efforts to achieve customer satisfaction
Coach efforts to achieve customer satisfaction
Maintain customer satisfaction
