What You'll Achieve.
ensure Injection Mold production efficiency; Lead and direct customer issues to closure; Maintain daily quality (PPM and other targets); Maintain cost (internal and external costs) data; Fulfills all new parts submission (PPAP) requirements; Coordinate quarantine and containment actions; achieve and maintain customer satisfaction; Champion continuous improvement efforts; projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap; Provide leadership to attain Customer Quality Awards

Must Have
5 years of experience in quality assurance or related experience, Solid working knowledge of quality principles, audit protocols, inspection procedures, PPAP

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, Automotive experience a plus, Knowledge of continuous improvement tools/processes, Well organized, Solid interpersonal and follow up skills, Computer literacy, analytical skills, Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
