What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Materials Science, or another relevant technical discipline, 2+ years of experience in a front facing customer quality or site quality leadership role within a semiconductor cleanroom manufacturing environment, Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001, Solid working knowledge of internal auditing practices, Solid working knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and DMAIC, Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and suppliers, Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and efficiencies, Proficiency in data-driven quality reporting, Proficiency in metrics development, Proficiency in analytics, Outstanding communication skills, Outstanding collaboration skills, Outstanding decision-making skills, Capability to work across cross functional global teams

Nice to Have

Experience in semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing, Past experience working with key OEM customers within those industries

What You'll Do.

Driving quality performance and improvement within both product and process areas

Collaborating with various teams to ensure robust quality planning

and readiness for manufacturing and product launches

Acting as the primary on-site contact for customer quality-related matters

Addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Leading the resolution of customer escalations

Addressing issues through clear and timely communication

Conducting structured root cause analysis and corrective actions

Ensuring customer requirements are understood and effectively implemented throughout the organization

Preparing and presenting comprehensive customer reports

and improvement plans to stakeholders

Coordinating technical quality communication with suppliers

Supporting investigations

and change implementation

Partnering with Production

and other functions to enhance process stability

and elevate product quality

Supporting cleanroom management and contamination-control initiatives

Participating in internal audits

Participating in risk assessments

Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement activities

Ensuring that quality processes and controls support reliable

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with various teams to ensure robust quality planning, process controls, and readiness for manufacturing and product launches; Interface effectively with customers and suppliers; Manage escalations; Influence cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and efficiencies; Work across cross functional global teams; Collaborate closely with the QMS Manager; Coordinate technical quality communication with suppliers; Partner with Production, Engineering, and other functions; Participate in internal audits
