The activities consist of project management, project coordination and ownership of processes including, but not limited to proposals preparation, financial management, invoicing, forecasting, and tracking of consultants’ working hours. **Job specifics/responsibilities:** Delivery phase * Project setup: Analyze project information data and project status, organize handover meeting * Update project status in the relevant tools and systems (monthly and quarterly forecast, risk management) * Manage project costs and revenues * Reforecasting * Collect / process time sheets and customer acceptances * Manage invoices for customer approval * Participate in Delivery Reviews when project is at risk * Prepare SOW (Statement of Work) for 3rd parties and coordinate SOW signatures * Check project status with Technical Consultants, ECO, Sales, Pursuit and Delivery Leads * Active contribution to Knowledge sharing initiatives Procurement requests and orders to partners * Write / review SOWs to partners, RFP
