What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College, High School Diploma with compensating work experience in similar role, Relevant experience in a regulated aerospace environment performing aircraft maintenance & customer training, Proven Customer Facing and/or Commercial Experience, oral and written communication skills, Demonstrated ability to manage performance using KPIs, meet deadlines, set priorities work, implement recovery action when required, A self-starter able to manage your own work, Ability to apply clear thinking to solve problems, work cross-functionally, Confident in presenting and delivering technical data through training, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
Nice to Have
Degree in Aerospace, Propulsion background
What You'll Do.
Provide field repairs
Provide technical support
Provide in-region customer training
Support airframe partners regional conferences
Utilize best practices to challenge existing processes
Facilitate new contractual negotiations
Deliver quarterly updates for regional customers
Support of ROW FSR activity
