# ******Job Description Summary****** In this role, you will be part of the Customer Program Engineering team and wider Field Service Team, providing dedicated in-region support for our civil customers across Africa. You will act as a key technical and account focal, delivering field training and repairs, and supporting the African customer base on-site and remotely. You will be expected to manage changing customer demands, set clear priorities, and engage directly with customers to maintain safe, reliable operations.
