Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead, solid knowledge of standard project management methodologies, direct project management experience with end users, Experience in communicating with clients, explaining design, solutions, and work scope, driving alignment through effective negotiation, Strategic and flexible thinking, proactive and results-oriented mindset, Proficient in Japanese communication (JLPT N1), English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 700 or above, project management capability with the ability to drive tasks independently, Proven leadership skills, ability to guide team activities, collaboration skills, working effectively across cross-functional and global teams, Excellent logical thinking and analytical problem-solving ability, Effective communication and negotiation skills, Demonstrated problem-solving mindset in complex project environments, Experience as a Bridge System Engineer (BSE), coordinating with offshore development teams
