Customer Operations Product Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Digital Services** has an opening for a **Customer Operations** **Product Manager - Business Execution**(Level 5), who supports the business administration activities of the Maintenance Efficiency product line. This role is responsible for coordinating key cross-functional processes that support Customer renewals, non-standard commercial requests, and contract execution activities. The Product Manager will work closely with Customer Success Management, the Selling team, Product, and other internal stakeholders to help ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of business processes tied to Maintenance Efficiency. This includes the Toolbox product line and OEM Data Sales product line in **Seattle, WA.** **Position Responsibilities** **Customer Renewal Coordination** * Coordinate with Customer Success Management and the Selling team to support all **Toolbox customer renewals** * Track renewal activities, maintain process status, and help ensure actions are completed on schedule * Facilitate communication between teams to support smooth renewal execution **Offer Process Support** * Act as a focal to the Selling team for all deviations from standard offerability of Maintenance Efficiency product offerings * Coordinate the data collection, feasibility, affordability review of all non-standard offering * Communicate and ensure alignment with stakeholders and leaders for all non-standard offering proposals * Help ensure non-standard requests are properly documented, reviewed, and routed for approval as required * Analyze produce line sales and initiate actions to meet revenue targets **Contract Execution Administration** * Coordinate administrative tasks related to the successful execution of contracts (commercial & military) * Promptly distribute notices of executed agreements to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of contract changes and execution requirements * Resolve any Customer
