Monitor the Streem data quality overall to detect potential bugs and issues
Establish a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives
Reports clients needs and product feedback to ensure continuous improvement of our service
Act as a strategic partner to our clients

Full Job Description
At Streem, we are building the next generation SaaS platform to empower the commercial management of renewable energy assets. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition by enabling asset managers, investors, and operators to extract more value from their renewable portfolios. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Customer Operations Manager, to be the first Operations team member for the German market ! You will be in charge of supporting our clients in their day-to-day usage of our services: maintaining the quality of the data provided, optimising the settings of Streem data models and services for each user, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the new features developed. The customer operations team is at the core of Streem’s day-to-day business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager, our sales team, our clients and external stakeholders. The role is a great opportunity to develop Streem in Germany and growing the team.
