In this position, it is important that, in addition to interacting with customers, you also enjoy being in contact with various departments within Sensorfact, such as Sales, Operations and Consultancy. The challenge The Onboarding team is responsible for onboarding our new customers, supporting them remotely with the installation process and ensuring that all of their questions are answered during that process. As an Onboarding specialist, you will help our customers get the most out of our technology and ensure that our customers can experience a high level of service. What you will do: Specifically, you will be responsible for the following: - You will take the lead in delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience. This includes identifying key customer needs during a kick-off meeting and ensuring that we can meet them; - Switching between different departments to help the customer is not a problem for you.
