What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications, Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment, Passionate about customer service and proactively identifying solutions

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, etc., Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge, Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls, etc. )
