Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge, 12+ years of experience with atleast 5 years in MRO environment, interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills, oral and written communication skills
Nice to Have
oral and written communication skills, CFM Engine knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills, mentoring skills, Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, Lean Six Sigma Experience
What You'll Do.
Develop & support Saudi Technic JPC team
Provide oversight support for ST MRO Planning
Work as part of a cross functional GE Team
Assist in development and implementation of ST Repair Strategy
Support ST team in development and execution of shop transition plan
Develop and use data-based metrics
Maintain GE business metrics
Implement standardized communication process
Assist in development
reporting and analysis of first-time yield
Actively support & encourage Lean Six Sigma
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work as part of a cross functional GE Team; providing regular updates to MRO Program Leadership team; project core team & senior steering committee
