build repair capabilities, design repair facility and deploy repair processes that meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives; ensure process capability and repeatability; identify variation, defects, and recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions; mobilize a new era of growth in aerospace and defense

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and atleast 5 years experience in MRO environment, MRO Process knowledge, interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills, oral and written communication skills
Nice to Have
oral and written communication skills, GE 90 & GP7200 Engine knowledge, interpersonal and leadership skills, mentoring skills, Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
What You'll Do.
Provide oversight support for EEMC MRO expansion
Consult on repair feasibility and strategic priorities
Support the industrialisation of new repairs
Share best practices related to routings
Analyse process performance data
Drive structured problem-solving
Ensure repair processes comply with specifications
Maintain awareness of industry best practices
Partner with operations
Maintain GE business metrics
Implement a standardized communication process
Assist in the development
reporting and analysis of first-time yield
Actively support & encourage the use of Lean Six Sigma
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Acting as a key advisor to internal teams and external partners; Partner with operations, quality, design engineering, sourcing, and program; providing regular updates to MRO Program Leadership team, project core team & senior steering committee
