About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Customer Marketing Manager to drive retention, expansion, and advocacy across Emplifi’s customer base. In this role will focus on turning satisfied customers into long-term partners and active advocates. You will own programs that increase customer engagement, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of customer proof to support growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring Emplifi delivers value beyond the product—creating meaningful customer experiences that strengthen relationships and drive measurable business outcomes.
