Administer and maintain client connectivity channels

Provide day-to-day operational support to clients

Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients

Monitor and follow up on client payments

Perform Know Your Transaction (KYT) controls

and secure management of client data

Support research and investigation activities

Contribute to maintaining high service quality
