What They're Looking For.
Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Nice to Have
One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred, CDL Class A, 9 months experience within the past 3 years, 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years, Jockey Experience
What You'll Do.

Provide recommendations for improvements
Ensure staff is performing to standard
Achieve business objectives
coordinate and oversee day to day logistics
Plan and review logistics processes
Establish work schedules and procedures
Coordinate activities of workers
Accountable for site Key Performance Indication (KPI)
Meet regularly with team members
Carry out performance evaluations
Address performance problems
Understand labor agreement
Maintain positive labor relations
Responsible for implementation of health & safety
Provide appropriate orientation for employees
