Must Have
Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce, Engineering, Finance or related fields, Deep understanding of the distribution environment (transportation, customs and health authority regulations, GXP, country(s) infrastructure), Able to build and maintain internal and external partnerships, Solid understanding of supply chain planning and execution systems, Possess business, logistics, and Supply Chain acumen, sense of urgency and problem-solving skills, Knowledgeable of master data impact, communicator and connector between the Business, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams, Systems thinker, deep listener, able to uncover novel insights, Capability to translate the future healthcare landscape changes to supply chain challenges and opportunities, Business proficient in English, fluent in Mandarin
What You'll Do.
Ensure in-market supply on time in full
Ensure right to operate for distribution
Oversee in-market supply and distribution management
Partner with CSM for upstream replenishment coordination
Monitor and inform CLM and CVSP around exceptions
Oversight of the order to cash process
Manage contracts and optimize performance with supply chain service providers
Monitor and control Warehouse & Distribution operational cost
Leverage data for decision making
Drive efficiency through identifying value-adding opportunities
Collaborate with different functions in the affiliate
Contribute to the supply chain design
Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up
Implement in-market supply projects/initiatives
Monitor local supply chain risk management plan
Oversee operations of our agent for custom clearance
