What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service operations, Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize competing demands, organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail, Proficiency with logistics management systems, warehouse management software (WMS), or similar platforms, Solid understanding of shipping procedures, freight handling, and inventory management practices, Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems, Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally

Nice to Have

Spanish language proficiency is preferred, Experience with order management systems or e-commerce logistics platforms, Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures

Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery

Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates

Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues

Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
