Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, One (1) year or more Warehouse, Transportation, Logistics or a distribution environment required, One (1) year or more Experience in a customer service environment required
Nice to Have
Knowledge/experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment (e. g. , shipping, receiving, inventory management, distribution or dispatch) intermediate preferred, Knowledge of warehouse, software applications, routing and dispatching software applications intermediate preferred, Understanding of DOT, OSHA and all other safety related regulations strongly preferred intermediate preferred

Assignment of work to non-exempt personnel
Attainment of daily operational goals
preparation and submission
Conducts Safety Training/Orientations
First point of contact for collisions and injuries
Updates/Maintains STAR
Conducts safety meetings
Handles front line customer issues
Acts as a liaison between hourly workers and management
Elevates employee relations issues
Driver communications
Maintains location A/P log
Supply/uniform ordering
Maintains attendance/vacation records
