What You'll Do.
Reduce post-sale contract cancellations
Ensure positive post sale owner experience
Use sales techniques to encourage purchasers
Review sales documents prior to closing
Consolidate sales documentation
Address funding issues prior to closing
Complete follow-up calls with new owners
Go over contract paperwork
Obtain information from customer
Address customer questions and concerns
Review contracts with customers
Review loan applications
Finalize sales contracts
Monitor contract processing
Contact new owners via phone
Respond to customer inquiries
Monitor communication during cooling off period
Discourage new owners from rescinding contract
Leverage resources for service
Assist with daily POS follow up
Assist with e-mail correspondence
Handle gallery walk ins
Implement solutions for owner issues
Follow up on owner issues
Liaise with Sales Management
Handle incoming phone calls
Handle incoming emails
Maintain log of owner issues
Demonstrate understanding of culture
Improve sales closing approach
Participate in training sessions
Assist in development of others
Travel to Cork Owners Services
Assist with closing of sales
