WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Own the customer data migration process end-to-end - You take raw customer data, assess its quality, reformat it to Leapsome's requirements, and execute the upload. This covers employee records, historical attributes, user documents, document templates, absence histories, and onboarding and offboarding workflows. - You work primarily in Google Sheets and use scripting tools like Google Apps Script to automate repetitive file sorting and restructuring. You spot inconsistencies before they become problems and know how to push back constructively when a customer's data isn't ready. - Customer communication and consultation - You introduce the migration process, set expectations on what the customer needs to provide, and align on timelines. After that, you keep communication efficient and very timely: most follow-up is async
