Role Summary We are looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to lead global programs focused on customer retention, revenue growth, and volume expansion. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and commercial execution, translating business drivers into scalable initiatives that improve key metrics across regions. As the Active Customer Growth Program Manager, you’ll collaborate extensively with the regional commercial team, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product teams and analytics teams to deliver a 360° approach to customer engagement, ensuring that our strategies address the full customer journey and meet the unique needs of high-value customers in a scalable way. This role involves leveraging insights, analyzing trends, and managing cross-functional projects to enhance customer growth and retention. Some travel may be required.
