What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales, Consistent quota achievement, Experience managing expansion, upsell, or customer growth motions, Pipeline management, Ability to proactively identify and create opportunities, Comfortable managing expansion and new business commercial motions, Ability to sell based on business value and outcomes
Nice to Have
Experience with AI, Experience with workplace learning, Experience with workforce transformation
What You'll Do.
Lead commercial conversations around Lyra and Fuse's AI-enabled
Drive expansion revenue across strategic add-on solutions
Own a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting
Identify customer signals
Uncover capability gaps
Shape expansion opportunities
Build working relationships with learning leaders and senior
Act as a knowledgeable and reliable point of
Conduct structured discovery conversations
Identify genuine business challenges
Connect challenges to Fuse's capabilities
Manage opportunities through to close
Support selected strategic new business opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems
Produce reliable forecasting and activity reporting
Gather and share customer feedback
Share competitor insights
Share emerging AI and L&D market opportunities
