Must Have
2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain, Solid understanding of supply chain processes (orders, inventory, reporting) with attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving able to manage data and priorities across markets, Very good communication in English and Polish is required, Proactive, well-organized and customer-focused, able to handle pressure and take ownership of tasks, attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, reporting, and inventory control
What You'll Do.
Manage customer orders
Serve as first point of contact for supply chain queries
Ensure efficient and timely order execution
Liaise with customers regarding order status
Validate domestic order processing
Liaise with other departments
Report on inventory analysis and control
Verify stock availability
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams; Liaise with sales, Customer finance, distribution center, planning and 3rd parties Transportation Management; Collaborate with internal teams responsible for stock management; Work closely with local sales and marketing teams

Very good communication in English and Polish
