Must Have
2–3 years of experience in Order Management, Operations, or Supply Chain, Solid understanding of supply chain processes (orders, inventory, reporting) with attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving able to manage data and priorities across markets, Very good communication in English and Polish is required, Proactive, well-organized and customer-focused, able to handle pressure and take ownership of tasks, attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, reporting, and inventory control

What You'll Do.
managing customer orders
serving as the first point of contact for supply chain queries
ensuring efficient and timely order execution
Proactive and timely liaison with customers regarding status of assigned area orders
Being first point of contact for Supply Chain queries and improvements
Oversight and validation of Domestic order processing (entered and allocated by 3rd party)
Support team to resolve claims
Reporting & Collaborating with internal teams responsible for stock management on inventory analysis and control
monitoring stock levels
verifying overall stock availability
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborating closely with cross-functional teams; Effective and timely liaison with other departments to fulfill duties especially sales, Customer finance, distribution center, planning and 3rd parties Transportation Management (TMS); Reporting & Collaborating with internal teams responsible for stock management; Communication & Meetings; Work closely with local sales and marketing teams
Communication Scope
Very good communication in English and Polish is required

Propose & lead selected department improvement initiatives
