Ensure front of house areas are immaculately presented
Support initiatives to elevate customer experiences
Identify opportunities to engage with local businesses
Ensure property visitor management processes are followed
Build professional relationships with clients
Deal with complaints and offer resolutions
Assist management in updating occupier service App content
Adhere to H&S protocols
Respond to telephone or email enquiries
Participate and execute Beyond: Front of House initiatives
Follow Beyond: Front of House standard operating procedures
Ensure temporary team members are trained
Maintain training records
Abide by Beyond: Front of House dress code
Log property faults/issues with helpdesk
Inform Aire Park Estates Team of faults
Proactively offer concierge services
Manage key and fob access
