This role will be responsible for the service delivery and administration of areas within the Tennis World Customer Experience team. This includes but is not limited to; Functions, Memberships, Retail, Café and Coaching areas of the business. As a member of the Tennis World team, the Customer Experience Supervisor will take a ‘hands on’ approach working collaboratively with the team to provide excellent customer service. This role is 100% on-site across both of our venues at Albert Reserve and Melbourne Park. Please note that this role will require some evening and weekend work. Reporting into the Tennis World Customer Experience Lead (VIC) in this role you will: * Promote an effective, satisfying and productive working environment within the team. * Oversee the consistent delivery of excellent customer service and administration at front of house by regularly monitoring performance and offering feedback, training and support to staff. * Maintain and deliver high standards of facility management across all areas within the resp
