Provide high-quality support via phone
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Zendesk
Master the ever-changing landscape of CX strategy and specific products
Collaborate across internal Xero teams to escalate complex issues
Ensure a seamless experience for every user
Act as a trusted advisor
Help customers unlock the full value of Xero’s features through proactive outreach and responsive assistance
Resolve queries efficiently and with genuine empathy
Ensure every interaction is high-quality
