This role has been created to strengthen our customer journey by supporting key initiatives across service, customer insights, digital tools, and experience optimization. You will contribute to projects that enhance how our customers interact with Huntsman and ensure we deliver a consistent, seamless, and high‑quality experience across all touchpoints. We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and customer-focused, with a strong interest in improving processes, systems, and customer journeys on a global scale. Apply today!** ** _Role Responsibilities:_** **As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:** * Supporting and coordinating global customer experience initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement of customer journeys, tools, and data quality across the organization. * Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing customer feedback globally, including management of survey tools and reporting (e.g., Customer Gauge). * Coordinating service enhancement activities and ensuring structured follow-up on user feedback. * Acting as administrator for the CRM platform (C4C), providing first-level user support, ensuring smooth system adoption, and coordinating with global key users. * Maintaining KPI dashboards, ensuring high data accuracy, and supporting the development of new commercial dashboards and insights. * Participating in transformation projects, supporting coordination, documentation, testing, and communication activities. * Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and regional stakeholders. * Supporting operational compliance and ensuring alignment of processes, systems, and customer-facing activities across regions. * Enabli
