What You'll Do.
reviewing purchase orders
communicating with customers (dealers) to ensure accurate entry and customer requests are met in a timely manner
processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the ERP systems and customer purchase orders
Creates order headers on orders by quote
or orders with drawings for Order Analysts to check
Completes all paperwork and respective online documentation required for Tayco Installation
Communicates any questions on orders by quote/ orders with drawings to customers to receive back correct information for Order Analysts to process orders
Expertly handle Customer Experience inquires and ensures quality service to both internal and external customers

We are looking for someone who is aligned with our core values of Ownership, Progressive, Efficient, and Enjoyable Experiences. **THE OPPORTUNITY:** The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for championing our customer experience strategy by acting as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
