What You'll Do.
Create a warm and welcoming environment
Add joy to our customers' lives
Leverage our product to tell stories
Engage and connect with customers on the floor
Curate specific product collections
Support daily operations of the store
Conduct inventory cycle counts
Manage product returns
Receive and process incoming store merchandise
Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing
Ensure Visual Standards are followed and maintained
Seek information regarding new products
promotions and programs
Contribute to a safe environment
Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner
Hold self and others accountable
Provide continuous feedback to colleagues and Leadership Team
