What You'll Do - Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries. - Manage lead intake, routing, and follow-up within CRMs. - Maintain accurate customer and lead data to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. - Help optimize CRM workflows, automations, and processes to improve efficiency and response times. - Support sales and operations teams by coordinating communication and tracking customer activity. - Generate reports and provide insights that help improve performance and customer experience. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey. What We're Looking For - 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or CRM administration. - Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and phone skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes. - Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
