Salary: $62,500–$72,500 (based on experience) + performance bonuses Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Techo-Bloc is a North American manufacturer and distributor with 9 production facilities and 13+ distribution centers. The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day customer requests by managing support cases, priorities, and communication between clients, internal teams, and field service staff. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring services are executed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and customers consistently receive a high‑touch, white‑glove experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.
