What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of experience in a customer support/customer experience role, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
Familiar with cloud-based service (SaaS) deployment and support is a plus, Additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, French) a plus
What You'll Do.
Serve as a point of contact for client support queries
Provide application support within the Kyriba platform
Drive customer success through proactive problem resolution
Analyze and resolve product issues
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities
Analyze customer feedback and trends
Foster client relationships through effective communication
Serve as mentor for junior support consultants
Participate in a Sunday shift
