In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring engagement throughout the customer journey at Wellhub, within our small and medium-sized enterprise - SMB segment. You will focus on creating and implementing scalable strategies to drive efficient onboarding and engagement processes. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, shaping the experience of our SMB clients and their employees with Wellhub, ensuring long-term success through scalable initiatives. YOUR IMPACT Enhance and implement scalable methods to operate customer engagement and conversion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB). Develop and execute comprehensive communication and engagement plans to maximize employee adoption of Wellhub at client companies, focusing on scalability. Improve recovery actions for clients who are not meeting engagement goals. Establish scalable plans to address and mitigate potential challenges or low engagement. Develop and scale the 30-day results presentation process. Oversee and execute key launch activities in a scalable manner, including: Acting as a PM
