This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role designed for motivated professionals who are ready to launch a long-term career in B2B sales and fleet solutions. You will work with small to mid-sized accounts of 1-4 units, and serve as their go-to resource for Ryder's services — including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, and Fleet Management. This role offers a clear pathway into more complex, higher-revenue sales opportunities as you build your experience and prove your results. **ABOUT THE ROLE** * $60,000 base + commission. First-year managers average $15,000-$20,000 in additional earnings. * Schedule: Monday to Friday during business hours * Medical, Dental and Vision coverage starting at just 30 days. * Start accruing 80 hours of paid time off immediately.
