Designation- Operations (Apprentice) Function - Operations SBU - Products Location - Turbhe, Navi MUmbai  ## Key Responsitbilities Create and maintain detailed customer profiles, capturing client preferences, needs, and interaction history. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, content, and functionality of company portals. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support. Monitor product usage, identify opportunities to increase utilization, and enhance client value. Address client feedback effectively to improve satisfaction and loyalty. ## Key Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) or relevant professional qualification. Open to freshers; internship experience is an added advantage. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Experience or interest in customer relationship management is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
