Must Have

3+ years of experience in Customer Enablement, Education, CX, Community, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Solutions Engineering, Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training and enablement content—including recording video tutorials, screen walkthroughs, and polished customer-facing resources, Confident communicator who's comfortable and experienced presenting on live streams, webinars, calls, and occasional events, Basic video editing skills, Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness using adoption metrics, engagement data, and customer health signals, understanding of AI tools, prototyping, coding workflows, and technical integrations, Passion for helping others succeed, with a curious mindset and drive to solve problems creatively, High ownership and self-direction—you're comfortable taking initiative and working independently, project management and organizational skills, Experience collaborating cross-functionally, Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are required
