What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years Canadian CPG industry experience, 3+ years Direct Sales Experience, 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, Proven track record of growing e-commerce revenue and profitability, Experience with Bricks & Mortar Retail, Experience with Omni/Ecomm channels, Ability to travel up to 20%

The Customer Development Manager is responsible for growing & developing total Jack Link’s sales & profitability across identified customers by implementing detailed strategic sales plans for these customers.
