What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in FMCG across Sales, Category or Account Support roles, interest in retail execution and shopper behaviour, Developing analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset, Passion for building a long-term career in FMCG sales
Nice to Have
Exposure to Woolworths or similar retail environments, Familiarity with category or shopper data tools (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Quantium), Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
