Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, HRM or equivalent

What You'll Do.
Generate sales of Unilever Food Solutions products
Penetrate assigned territory at a profit
Achieve agreed target of Food Solution products
Increase product penetration in targeted customers
Build excellent business relationships
Achieve agreed Sales Budgets
Monitor pricing & ensure application of correct prices
Implement standard of UFS selling skill
Plan the routing to maximize time spent at point-of-sale
Check and act immediately on Out of Stock
Ensure shelf space in line with planograms
Introduce innovations within the set timeframe
Ensure qualitative in-store presence of our brands
Negotiate local actions in line with company policies
Sell in promotions and negotiate best available promo locations
Implement the national key account agreements
Report on the gaps per POS
Targeting the right operator
Creating demand through recipes & menu
ensuring repeat purchase
Introducing new products into recipes & menu
Maintain customers by doing regular visit
Develop territory and individual account plans
Arrange and implement demonstrations
Grow the number of uses & applications of UFS products
