Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, Experience managing customer data within ERP (preferably SAP) and MDG environments, data quality and governance knowledge, Ability to prioritize and project manage important deliverables for the role in a matrix environment, Excellent communication and analytical skills in cross-functional settings, Ability to work across time zones with international teams
What You'll Do.
Implement and enforce customer data governance policies
Support Data Object Owner in defining governance rules
Define and monitor customer data quality
Conduct regular audits and cleansing
and corrections of customer master data
Ensure proper classification
Manage MDG-related support requests
Provide access support and onboarding for customer data tools
Coordinate with Key Users to deliver training
Represent regional/local business requirements in global data initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Liaison between Customer Data Object Owner and local users; Align with application engineers; Support business-side resolution; Coordinate with Key Users; Represent regional/local business requirements in global data initiatives; Work across time zones with international teams
