Every role contributes to that mission whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers. **What You’ll Do** As a Customer Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end customer experience from order to delivery, ensuring customer contracts are delivered successfully from order won stage through to completion. Working closely with internal functions and external customers, you’ll own the contract management lifecycle, translating customer requirements into clear specifications, managing changes, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in coordinating cross‑functional activity across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure contractual commitments are met on time, to cost, and to quality. **What We’re Looking For** We’re looking for a commercially astute, organised, and customer‑focused professional who can manage multiple contracts and priorities in a complex manufacturing environment. You’ll bring experience in commercial or contract management, strong communication skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and high‑profile customers.
