Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **_Key Responsibilities_** _Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term, trusted relationships._ _Provide clear, timely, and accurate information to new and existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle._ _Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional, solution-oriented responses._ _Process, update, and monitor customer orders in ERP/CRM systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness._ _Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment._ _Support quotation management and act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders._ _Coordinate shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates or potential delays._ _Assist the finance team in resolving payment discrepancies, credit issues, and contractual questions._ _Provide first-level technical support, including reviewing customer drawings and specifications where applicable._ _Monitor service performance and customer feedback, contributing to service quality improvements._ _Actively identify opportunities to improve processes, digital tools, and ways of working._ _Support change initiatives and future developments within the customer care organization._ __ **_Education & Experience_** _3–5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role within an industrial or B2B environment._ _Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business priorities._ _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal._ _Comfortable handling inbound calls and written customer interactions._ _Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solution-oriented attitude._ _Strong organiza
