ensuring a positive customer interaction; ensure that benefits/coverage, prior authorization and documentation is correctly obtained; successfully collect revenue; maintaining satisfactory call and order counts as defined by management

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Call center/customer service experience required
Nice to Have
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, relevant experience in call center, reimbursement, healthcare related customer service experience and pharmacy technician license/experience, knowledge of medical device reimbursement from a manufacturer or DME perspective, Knowledge of managed care industry, Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting customers with diabetes, Bilingual skills a plus, Experience with Salesforce CRM, durable medical equipment as well as pharmacy coverage familiarity, reimbursement/insurance and healthcare experience is preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent customer service
Respond to customer inquiries
Provide customers with coverage options
Reimbursement processing
Warranty and general concerns
Assist with benefits investigation
Answer reimbursement related questions
Process all aspects of the order process
Verify insurance benefits/coverage
Determine eligibility
Calculate cost share amounts
Request and collect updated documentation
Coordinate shipment of product
Maintain thorough understanding of products
Explain basic operation and use
Understand channeling and processing requirements
Answer phone inquiries
Provide support and direction
Resolve customer service issues
Document all interactions and calls
Maintain compliance to HIPAA
Maintain satisfactory call and order counts
Provide feedback and suggestions
Calculate and document cost share amounts
Assist customers with omnipod orders
Effectively communicate to customers
Obtain and or verify RX validity
Perform other duties as assigned
